Leavero Money-Back Guarantee policy
Leavero Money Back Guarantee covers most transactions on Leavero. It means buyers can get their money back if an item didn’t arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn’t match the listing.

Coverage, eligibility requirements, and exclusions

Leavero Money Back Guarantee applies when:

  • The buyer doesn’t receive an item
  • The item received by the buyer doesn’t match the listing, for example:
    • The seller sent the wrong item, or
    • The item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty

As a buyer, for your transaction to be eligible for Leavero Money-Back Guarantee:

  • You must complete and pay for your purchase on Leavero.com using an eligible payment method at checkout;
  • You must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames;
  • The item may not be an excluded item
  •  You may not seek resolution for the same issue by another resolution method

As a seller, for transactions where Leavero Money-Back Guarantee applies:

  • You are responsible for delivering the item that was described in the listing, honoring your stated return policy, and providing a resolution when a buyer reports a problem with an order

  • If the purchase was completed on Leavero.com, you must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames.

Eligible payment methods

Eligible for coverage:

  • Credit card or debit card
  • PayPal or PayPal Credit
  • Apple Pay or Google Pay
  • Leavero gift card or Leavero voucher
  • Leavero wallet

Not covered:

  • Items paid for with multiple payments to the seller
  • Items paid for using any other type of payment method not listed above (such as bank transfer, cash, money orders, escrow services)
Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. ,It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to sellers error.
  • Any item that will be returned more than 60 days after the order is placed

Situations of not covered by Leavero money-back guarantee

  • Items collected by a third party on behalf of the buyer
  • The buyer arranged their own shipping method, such as a courier pickup
  • The buyer provided an invalid or incorrect address at checkout

Refunds

  • Before you make a refund request, please refer your issue to the seller via the Support Button on the Order Details page.

  • If the seller does not provide a solution to your problem, you can request a refund.

  • If you request a refund, please return your item to the seller

  • Once refund requst is received, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or refund wallet, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Item Exchange valide for 15 days after delevery date

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, If you want to exchange it for a single item, Send us the exchange request and follow the guidelines we send to your email address

  • Do not ship the item to the seller (for exchange only)

  • After verifying your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your item and we will begin processing your exchange request..

  • If for any reason the seller rejects the exchange, we will refund your money ( Shipping costs are non-refundable )

  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If we do not receive your item within 2 months of your exchange request, Leavero will reject your exchange request. And your payment will not be refunded

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be send to your refund wallet.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

  • To return your product, you should send your product to Seller

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that Seller will receive your returned item.

The buyer can request a refund within 60 days of ordering.

Evidence of successful delivery

We require all of the following to prove a successful on-time delivery:
  • Tracking number from an integrated carrier which was uploaded to Leavero and shows a shipping scan before the latest estimated delivery date;

  • A delivery status of “delivered” or “attempted delivery” (or equivalent in the country to which the item was delivered);

  • The date of delivery or attempted delivery;

  • The recipient’s address, showing at least the city/county or zip code (or international equivalent) that matches the one found on the Order details page

Proof that the buyer collected the item

For local pickup items, evidence that the buyer has received the item may include:
  • A copy of the Leavero order details, signed by the buyer at the time of collection

  • Leavero recommends to the seller to keep all details and evidence that the item was sent to the customer until the customer confirms that the item was received.
